Easy Returns at Samimi!
We want you to love your Samimi products! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Here's what you need to know:
• Eligible Items: Only unused and undamaged items in their original packaging are eligible for return.
• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Initiating Your Return: To start your return, simply send an email to hello@samimi.store with your order number.
• Return Label: Once we receive your email, we'll send you a pre-paid return label via email.
• Shipping: Attach the pre-paid return label to your package and ship it back to us. Please note, you are responsible for the safe return of the merchandise.
• Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s) in our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Important Notes:
• We cannot accept returns for used or damaged items.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used bath towels or washcloths.
• If an order created with the free shipping campaign is canceled/returned and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign conditions, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
