Shipping

Which Transport Company will deliver my Order?

We work with UPS, DPD and DHL. Here you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment. We do not have control over which courier company will handle the shipment.

Please note: We are unable to deliver packages to parcel stations at this time.

Can my order be delivered to a Parcel Station?

No, at this point we cannot offer deliveries to parcel stations.

To which Countries can my order be delivered and how much will it cost?

Depending on the quantity and country, the delivery costs differ. To find out the price based on the delivery address, please check your shopping cart.

We offer fast and cost-effective shipping anywhere in the European Union and some third countries from our warehouse in Venlo, Netherlands.

My Article was damaged upon delivery. What can I do?

You have 30 days after receiving the goods to report the case. To do this, please write an email to hello@samimi.store with a detailed description of the complaint and we will take care of everything else. We bear the return shipping fee. After the goods have been received in our warehouse, the money will be refunded.

Important: The return tracking number should be retained for your safety until the return is completed.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time within Europe is about 3-5 working days. Depending on the country, the delivery time varies and can take up to 2 weeks.

Returns

Can I return my Order?

Absolutely! We want you to love your Samimi products! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Which articles are eligible for returns?

Only unused and undamaged items in their original packaging are eligible for return.

Which articles cannot be returned?

We cannot accept returns for used or damaged items. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used bath towels or washcloths.

How & when can I initiate a return?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To start your return, simply send an email to hello@samimi.store with your order number. You can also use our contact form below.

Do I pay for the return?

No, you will not be paying for the return. Once we receive your email, we'll send you a pre-paid return label via email.

Please note: If an order created with the free shipping campaign is canceled/returned and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign conditions, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
