- 1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.
- 2 Formation of a Contract, Storage of Contract Text

You can also view the terms and conditions at any time at https://www.samimi.store/agb/. For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible over the internet.
- 3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The indicated prices include statutory value-added tax and other price components and shipping costs.

- 4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. The product will be shipped no later than the 2nd business day after ordering. The respective shipping times are determined by the provisions of DHL Paket.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and deterioration of the sold item also passes to the buyer in the case of a mail-order purchase only upon delivery of the item to the buyer.
- 5 Retention of Title
We reserve ownership of the goods until the full purchase price has been paid.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
